Currently, we're seeking a passionate and committed full-time Social Media Manager to bolster our organic social media offerings. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities for Social Manager:

Lead and nurture a dynamic team of social media strategists as we expand our services.
Develop and execute social media strategies across various client sectors including E-commerce, B2B, and tech/app industries.
Stay abreast of evolving social media trends and leverage our organizational mission to inspire innovative strategies and compelling content.
Facilitate client calls alongside social strategists to review monthly performance and coordinate future plans and strategies.
Spearhead account management and social strategy for our key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Enhance social processes to optimize team efficiency while maximizing client results.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing training to the team on emerging social platforms and best practices.
Conduct regular meetings with strategists to provide guidance, support, and ensure client success.
Actively engage in execution of deliverables and client communication during peak periods or when strategists are unavailable.

Qualifications for Social Manager:

Proven track record in social media management, with at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing and 1 year in a managerial capacity.
Prior experience in social media account management, preferably within an agency environment.
Proficiency across all major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.
Familiarity with social media tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Creator Studio, social reporting tools, publishing tools, etc.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing both personal accounts and supporting a team of strategists.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to client, colleague, and management communication.
Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects with varying objectives simultaneously.
Adherence to style guides and brand tone for each client, along with compliance with content revision, approval, and publishing policies.
Excellent time management skills, including effective prioritization and adaptability to changing demands.
Understanding of client requirements and alignment with the company's brand image, products, and services.
