Position Summary:

The Senior Loan Officer is a customer focused role on our Agribusiness Lending team . This person serves in a relationship management capacity to represent Farm Credit East with both existing and prospective borrowers. This person delivers a personalized experience for Farm Credit East customers and employs a proactive approach to exceed the borrower’s expectations. This person prioritizes and aligns their approach to customer service based on customer segmentation in lieu of a one-size-fits-all approach. The Agribusiness Lending team serves some of the largest and most complex customer relationships at Farm Credit East. The Senior Loan Officer managing this portfolio and its growth is collaborative and team oriented. This person utilizes the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the entire Farm Credit East team to provide a consultative suite of services that brings top value to the customer’s business. The portfolio is $200-$250 million in loan volume across a territory that covers the lower Hudson Valley in New York and the entire state of New Jersey.
