Job description
This regional, employee-owned general contractor has been in operation for over 80 years. They have built a diverse portfolio of completed projects in a range of market sectors including commercial, federal, hospitality and multifamily.
Due to continued expansion and a secure long-term pipeline of projects, they are appointing a Superintendent to oversee projects in their mixed-use and multifamily group.
In this role, you will lead projects on-site, managing schedules, quality control and safety whilst overseeing sub-contractors and direct labor.
