A family in Redwood City is seeking a loving, educational, and experienced nanny for their 16-month-old baby girl. Their ideal candidate has a background in Early Childhood Education or Child development, over two years' experience as a private nanny, and is comfortable with parents working from home. Responsibilities include enaging with and planning fun activities around the Bay Area, attending classes, cooking and laundry for the baby, and light housekeeping. They'd love to find someone who feels like part of the family and can make a long term commitment, at least a year or possibly longer!

Experience Requirements

• 3 years experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Early Childhood Education / Child Development background preferred
• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• COVID-vaccinated + booster
• TB and Tdap vaccinated
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record (family can provide vehicle for work-related driving)
• Comfortable with parents working from home and caring for baby occasionally during the day
• Can make a long-term commitment, at least a year
• Feels like part of the family
• Active and can easily keep up with a growing/busy baby
• Comfortable with large dog in the home (no pet care required)
• Willingness to help with very occasional overnights appreciated
• Excellent communication
• Kind, engaging

• Longevity in previous positions
• Open to at least a 2 year commitment ideally
