FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range $50.00- $52.50 Hourly
Description:
- Develops estimates based off Chevron provided NORMS inside the Ineight program capturing all materials, subcontractors, and labor for all Schutlz crafts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit estimates in a step-by-step method using the NORMS reviewed and approved by Schutlz SME leads for Civil, Structural, Piping, and Mechanical.
- Track estimate requests and due dates, and ensure we are meeting delivery deadlines.
- Set up estimate review meetings with key Schultz stakeholders prior to submittal to client.
- Attend and review your estimate with Chevron stakeholders and answer any questions pertaining to the estimates.
- Enter your estimate log into Chevron’s Touch plan per department.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Deadline driven.
- Ability to respond to changes in priorities while still meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, Ability to report roadblocks to the Site Controls and Site Manager
Qualifications:
- Refinery field craft or supervisory experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work overtime hours and all shift schedules that may require up to 12-hours per day/7days.
