WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Project management experience and familiarity with tools like Smart Sheets, MS Project Management, Gantt Charts, Management of Change initiatives, etc.
• Experience managing marketing initiatives for brick-and-mortar distribution channels

• Friendly and personable demeanor
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Out-of-the-box thinking abilities
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

DAY-TO-DAY

The typical schedule is Monday - Friday. You play a crucial role in shaping our brand's image and delivering exceptional customer service. You work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to implement strategic marketing campaigns and address internal marketing needs. From creating engaging content for marketing campaigns to managing the marketing budget and creating a compelling brand style guide, your contributions have a significant impact on our brand's voice and mission.

In addition to these responsibilities, you also assist with branding efforts, generate leads for the sales team, and conduct thorough market research. Collaboration with other teams will be essential, as you share and create marketing assets, and play a key role in designing and placing traditional and digital media for effective advertising.
