Job Summary

Were seeking a Principal Advisor in Resource Geology to spearhead our team of geoscientific experts. Your role will focus on integrating and evaluating geological structural and geophysical data from various sources. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the geological and structural understanding of our mineral resources contributing to the success of current and future mine developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate geostructural models and Mineral Resource estimates.
• Ensure secure data storage and management aligning with industry standards.
• Keep abreast of advancements in computer modeling software and hardware.
• Provide expert guidance in surface and underground geological and structural mapping.
• Foster strong connections with teams involved in geological and geotechnical data collection.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations contributing as a Competent Person for Mineral Resources.

Requirements:

• Permanent relocation to Superior AZ.
• Commitment to safety.
• Bachelors degree in Geology Geography GIS or related fields.
• 10 years in applied geology modeling and resource estimation.
• Proven leadership in technical teams within the exploration or geological evaluation sector.
• Expertise in 3D wireframe modeling and resource estimation preferably in porphyry Cu deposits.
• Experience in underground mine geology and technical studies.
• Effective problemsolving and communication skills.
• Masters degree (preferred).
• Familiarity with MSHA and OSHA regulations.
