Job description

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 based on experience

Responsibilities

Assist. Managing of the store operations

Ice Cream and other Ice Cream and Product Preparation

Hiring, Training, and Retention of the employees

Maintaining adequate levels of Prepared Product

Cash Management and Verification

Control Labor Cost

Handling customer complaints and store emergencies

Maintaining a safe and secure environment

Maintaining a Clean and Organized store

Comply with State and Local laws related to Food Safety and Hygiene

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
