New Horizon Kennel is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Pet Care Office Admin to join our esteemed team in Port Byron, servicing the Quad City Area . In this integral role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our operations.

YOUR SCHEDULE

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility with availability, to work within our 365-day operation, with an average schedule of 8 AM to 6 PM daily. Typically, the scheduled workdays will span five days a week between Monday and Saturday but may vary based on business needs.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

Your daily responsibilities will include meticulous management of financial transactions and records using QuickBooks during the morning hours. Coordinating purchases for our pet care services will be a primary focus, ensuring seamless inventory management. Afternoons will involve engaging in market research activities to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• An associate degree
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
• 2+ years of QuickBooks experience.
• 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
