Job description

Summary

The Engineering Manager will directly report to the Chief Engineer in assistance with the Engineering department. This includes the inside as well as the outside of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering. Pay rate for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

• Knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering
• Highly organized, comfortable with HotSOS or similar systems
• Possess strong, empathetic leadership skills
• Professional in both written and verbal communications
• Experienced in hotel/resort preventative maintenance and/or repairs
• Able to walk long distance, stand constantly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
