Job description
We are an established CPA firm based out of Chicago, IL for over 50+ years and we are a good mid-sized firm with about 50 employees. As a known leader in the Greater Chicago area, we specialize in serving a variety of clients in multiple verticals including Real Estate, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Professional Services, Government Contracting, and more.
Due to growth, we are now adding an experienced Tax Manager to our team - specifically someone with strong experience in Trust/Estate returns. For the right candidate, we are offering competitive compensation, opportunity for Partner track, and we put a large emphasis on internal growth & developing our employees. You will also have more flexibility with as we offer all of our employees a hybrid remote schedule.

What You Need for this Position
Required:
--Active CPA
--At least 6-10+ years of Public Accounting Exp.
--At least 3-5+ years Tax Manager Exp.
--Strong Trusts/Estates Return Exp.
Strongly Preferred:
--Master's in Taxation
--ProSystem software
--Salary : $120K--150K DOE
--Overtime Pay/Bonus Structure (Very competitive)
