As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in training and directing employees, ensuring the overall operation of the store, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are currently hiring employees with morning availability!

Job Summary:

• Train, direct, and assist employees
• Act as the manager on duty during shifts
• Oversee the delivery of a quality product and exceptional guest experience
• Efficiently open and close the business
• Make decisions and answer guest questions

Shift Leaders:

• Take initiative and delegate store tasks
• Hold the team accountable to Clean Juice standards
• Can be promoted to management positions

Responsibilities:

• Uphold Clean Juice's 10 core values
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure timely delivery of a quality product
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems
• Efficiently manage daily sales goals and labor
• Maintain organized books and complete daily forms
• Handle POS tasks and maintain a clean work environment
• Complete daily tasks and leave the store in pristine condition
• Adhere to company standards and health & safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

Most of us can remember being told to eat our vegetables when we were younger. Co-founder Kat Eckles certainly does! Her parents urged her to eat them every day, yet, like most kids, she wasn’t a big fan (of the vegetables, not her mom and dad!) That proved to be a phase, as she grew up to not only eat and love them but also grow them at home.
Today, she knows all too well how integral they are to a well-balanced diet, so when she started her own family, the tables turned and she was now the one telling her kids to eat their vegetables. Yet she realized there was an easier way to enjoy the benefits of vegetables – juicing! With the right blend of vegetables and a little bit of banana for sweetness, gone were the days of pushing her children to eat their veggies, because her family was loving the fresh juices and smoothies she was making.
Kat’s entrepreneurial-minded husband, Landon, loved them, too, and quickly realized the potential to bring clean and organic juices to communities throughout the country. They opened their first juice bar franchise location in Huntersville, NC, in June 2015, and today they have over 200 locations throughout 32 states – and they are one of the fastest-growing franchises on the market!
