Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Manager & Operations Analyst (Walmart and

Amazon)

Company Overview:

HydroJug is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the drinkware sector. We are currently

seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager & Operations Analyst to oversee

and optimize our operations on both Walmart and Amazon platforms while supporting

operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, managing intricate logistics,

ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high-quality listings, all while adhering to

platform policies.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable E-commerce Marketplace Manager who will

take comprehensive ownership of our Walmart and Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate

will have a robust understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including deep insights into

logistics and operational analytics, coupled with a proven track record in successfully managing

Walmart and Amazon accounts.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations:

• Manage end-to-end logistics, working closely with internal logistics teams and external

partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock levels, and replenishment

strategies, to maintain optimal inventory health.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to meet delivery expectations

and enhance customer satisfaction.

Listing Management:

• Create and optimize product listings on Walmart and Amazon, ensuring compliance with

platform guidelines.

• Implement A+ content and enhanced brand content to improve product visibility and

customer experience.

• Regularly review and update product information, pricing, and promotions to reflect

market trends and consumer demand.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both Walmart and Amazon

accounts, using data to drive decision-making.

• Utilize advanced analytics to understand sales trends, customer feedback, and market

dynamics, applying insights to optimize performance.

Logistics and Operational Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive logistics analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and

efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfillment processes

and reduce lead times.

• Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, including process

optimization and technology integration.

Policy Compliance:

• Stay informed about changes in Walmart and Amazon policies and guidelines.
• Ensure all operations, listings, and business practices adhere to platform regulations and

industry best practices.

• Proactively address and resolve any policy-related issues to maintain account health and

compliance.

Customer Service Collaboration:

• Work in tandem with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer

experience, from order placement to delivery.

• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in managing Walmart and Amazon marketplaces, with a strong

emphasis on logistics and operational efficiency.

• In-depth understanding of e-commerce logistics, supply chain management, and

inventory optimization.

• Familiarity with Walmart and Amazon Seller Central platforms and advanced

e-commerce tools.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights

into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Adaptability to evolving e-commerce landscapes and platform policy changes.
