Performance Tester

• The candidate needs to build modular automated performance test scripts to identify load and scalability concerns for web-based applications and mobile applications utilizing SOA design and KPIs in a continuous integration environment to provide remediation plans

• Need to use load, stress, and analysis tools to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tools, and identify potential system and resource bottlenecks

• Analyze performance results and produce relevant reports and quality metrics with suggestions for improvements

• Have to prepare the test environment necessary for automation testing, including software installations, configurations, and network settings

• Must find new ways of performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations

• Have to work under the Technical Test Team Leader/Manager delivering non-functional test solutions that meet defined objectives, schedules, standards, and cost targets and reflect the technical test strategy

• Developing testing scripts using automation tools and programming languages, and running test scenarios using available data

• Must be available when required, lead and coordinate a small team of other technical test resources dictated by delivery demands/requirements

• Have the potential to provide professional project planning, estimation, non-functional test approaches, Technical Test solution quality, issue/risk management, and results/analysis in keeping with department standards

• Identifying new automation tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve the automation testing strategy.

Required Skills:

• The candidate must create all performance testing deliverables including test approach, test plans, test requirements, and test results.

• You must have to perform test activities using Apache JMeter and Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.

• Must be an expert in using JMeter and LoadRunner to execute load testing against AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, and DB2 environments of an enterprise application.

• Should be able to monitor project health in terms of SLAs, KPIs, risk indicators, and process metrics.

• Should prepare quality metrics during various stages of testing and share them with management

• Must have hands-on experience in agile Methodology for streamlined testing workflows.

• Must be able to resolve troubleshooting performance technical issues and strategizing performance tests for large or distributed programs

• Required Experience in performance testing and monitoring Kubernetes/Microservices.

• Must have good communication skills.
