Call Center Representative Job Description: · Responsible for entering new patient referrals into CPR+. · Interact with doctors’ offices for any information needed throughout referral process. · Contact patients to complete intake process. Explain the services thoroughly and correctly. Answer any questions patient may have regarding the services and what to expect. · Accept any calls from provider’s offices, prospective or current patients, or insurance companies inquiring about the services. · Schedule appointments in CPR+, as well as adjusting the schedule if needed. · Other administrative duties, such as phone coverage for reception, faxing and scanning documents, responding to emails, etc. Skills/ Requirement: · Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)· Ability to multitask · Must be detail oriented · Strong oral and written communication skills · Strong phone skills Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree preferred · 1 year experience preferred in medical field.
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: M-F 9 am- 5pm- FULLY ONSITE
Pay: $18 -$21 per hour depending on experience.
