What You'll Do
As our Bartender/Mixologist, you'll:
- Provide excellent service by greeting and attending to guests' needs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Mix and garnish beverages according to our high standards
- Showcase your knowledge of our menu, promotions, and specials
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into our point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
- Process payments, handle money, and manage gift certificates and vouchers
- Maintain and stock the bar, ensuring we always have a selection of beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation in the bar area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests
- Assist with other duties or projects as needed
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Some experience as a mixologist to show off your skills
- Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and/or holidays
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
