Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (Hybrid)to join our clients team. Youll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role for candidates located in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia, with the ability to commute to the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days a week.

- KPIs: 5 meetings per week; 50+ calls per day, 250+ emails per week
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and video messages
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years in a BDR or similar hunter role in SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, or similar tools
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance software sales
- Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer
- Enterprise sales experience
- Startup experience

- Base compensation: $50,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)
- OTE: $70,000-$75,000 per year
