Job description
Customer retention. memorizing and using scripts, and verbiage to schedule appts for customers to come into the dealership.
**LOOKING FOR BILINGUAL CANDIDATES (SPANISH &ENGLISH)**
We are a dealer group (Auto Giants) based in the United States of America-Virginia and Maryland.
Emailing and texting in the CRM is required as well.
Prompt responses to customer questions, emails, text messages are a must. Work week is 50 hours per week scheduled from 9am to 8pm Eastern Time.
We are open everyday of the week and you will get two days off every week.
