Job description

The Janitorial Maintenance Technician duties and responsibilities would include general cleaning of building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This includes mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling, washing and cleaning windows.

Responsibilities are included by not limited to:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping)
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock supplies
• Painting
• Lighting replacement
• Woodwork
• Building & Site
• Some heavy lifting
• Operate heavy equipment

Today, there are ten Martin’s locations in the Nashville area, Louisville Kentucky, Birmingham Alabama, and our newest location in Charleston South Carolina.
