Technology support technician

Job description
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and repair chromebooks as well as laptops, desktops, audio/visual hardware, printers/copiers, interactive flat panels and other classroom technologies - Provide training and assistance to staff and students in the use of technology hardware and software
- Collaborate with Technology staff and other departments on new initiatives and installations
- Utilize a work ticket system to prioritize daily tasks, create and maintain documentation, and contribute to the accuracy of the inventory system
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in information technology or related field or demonstrated experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Windows server environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with adults and students orally and in writing
- Must have the ability and willingness to learn new skills, systems and technology
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs
