Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Increase Sales Revenue indirectly through a combination of existing services through new package offers, through new customers with existing services and package offers
Responsible for planning, implementing, standardizing and managing marketing strategy along with CEO, Board of Directors and Business Directors to include expanding scope that would yield increase in revenue, increase market share, increase geographical areas
Responsible for achieving Group’s growth targets
Responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving agreed quantified objectives
Responsible for overseeing digital marketing initiatives and overseeing related third party service providers
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Must be willing to travel internationally
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
PRE-REQUISITE – Maritime Industry Background in Sales with minimum 3 to 7 years’ experience
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Strong closing skills
Ability to present multiple product lines
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
