DeVoe Automotive Group is seeking an HR-Accounting Liaison.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and receivables processes.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist the Human Resources department with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, data entry and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from employees, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by HR and accounting leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team efforts.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in human resources, accounting, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with accounting software systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential data.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and proficiently

- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired
