About your role:
As a Senior Internal Communications at Cellebrite you will be an instrumental in crafting and executing and creating effective communication strategies. This role involves developing and implementing internal communication plans aligned with company objectives and ensuring consistency across global locations. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for internal channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing internal events, and providing support and guidance to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller, passionate about creating engaging communication experiences, and excels in collaboration to inspire Cellebrite’s community of employees, fostering a cohesive environment around the Cellebrite story and brand.
About your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively convey company goals, initiatives, and updates to employees across global locations, ensuring alignment with the Cellebrite mission and strategy.
- Create engaging content for various internal communication channels and platforms, ensuring alignment with company branding, messaging, and Cellebrite's future direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure consistency as well as personalized messaging.
- Contribute to executing internal events, town halls, and meetings, facilitating open dialogue and alignment among employees and managers at all levels.
- Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on communication best practices and initiatives, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, internal developments, and global news to effectively tailor communication messages and strategies.
About what we are looking for:
- Proven experience in internal communications in a global or multinational high-tech organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of branding and messaging principles, with experience in aligning communication strategies with company objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
- Experience in organizing and executing internal events, town halls, and meetings, fostering open dialogue and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
