Job description
A financial services firm in Spartanburg is looking to bring on an Office Administrative Assistant immediately to provide support through tax season that will continue long-term providing general office support.
This role is fully on-site starting Temp-to-Hire at $20/hour. Once permanent, full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Scan tax information into the tax prep software
- Assemble tax returns
- Contact clients regarding taxes
- Works closely with administrative staff to supports team
- Input and update client information in databases and spreadsheets
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communications skills to be able to converse with clients
- Previous administrative support
- Professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to start ASAP!
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm during tax season
- After tax season, half day on Fridays
- No overtime
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $20/hour
