SUMMARY

The Lead MRO Parts Coordinator provides leadership to the team, purchases, stores, inventories, and issues all MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operating) Supplies. They interact with CPC and CPB internal departments and vendors to coordinate the delivery of MROs to ensure adequate stock of hand tools, machine tools, dies, parts, materials, and equipment for both sites by performing the following duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES

Incumbent is responsible for tracking and assisting in the development of the Parts Crib budget (both CPC and CPB). And will receive direction and priority of assignments from the Manager of Maintenance, I&E, and Facilities.

Supervisory responsibilities include daily leadership of team, training and development, interviewing and hiring; managing time and attendance records; performance appraisals; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving daily problems and conflicts

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Forklift certified.
