Monday – Friday 9-6 pm: Hours may vary.

Pay Range

$16- $23: Pay based on experience

Job Description

Responsible for the leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multifamily residential apartments.

Leasing Job Duties:

1. Admin tasks like answering calls and filing.
2. Resolve resident challenges and handle service requests.
3. Tour community and apartments for leasing.
4. Showcase and lease available units.
5. Assist with applications and marketing.
6. Contribute to community events and retention efforts.

Leasing Job Requirements:

1. Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
2. Tech savvy - able to learn and work with property management applications via software platform.
3. Fair Housing knowledge required.
4. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
5. Willingness to assist in various projects.
6. Team player
