We are seeking a Systems Engineer IV to join our team in North Logan, Utah. As a Systems Engineer IV at EPS , you will have the opportunity to lead and own systems engineering deliverables, manage internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, and develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders, regulators, and industry experts. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving work done by junior engineers, planning and estimating new business pursuits, helping to develop and improve internal processes, and assisting in architecture definition. To qualify for this role, you must have a strong aerospace electrical systems background, experience applying the Systems Engineering Management Process (SEMP) and be familiar with aerospace hardware and software development standards, including DO-254 and DO-178. Additionally, you should have excellent written and oral communication skills, experience executing to program schedules and budgets, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent, plus 15 years of relevant experience, is required.
