Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner
• Marketing/Quoting new business submissions provided by our agents
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes
• Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiatives

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Huge plus but not required!)
• Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
• Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task
