HSE Manager
Responsibilities
Giving support regarding legal HSE and Freudenberg HSE requirements
Developing and proposing objectives and targets and reporting to the employer on progress in achieving them
Giving support regarding the planning, implementation and maintenance of plant installations, as well as social and sanitary facilities, the purchasing of technical equipment and the introduction of working methods and materials, the selection and evaluation of personal protective equipment, the design and layout of workplaces, working sequences, the working environment and all other ergonomic issues,
The HSE Officer is a role model who demonstrates safe behavior and supports his / her colleagues with respect to HSE issues.
Promoting and supporting a “positive” site safety culture.
Developing and coordinating internal, on the job and external HSE-related training programs for various work groups at all hierarchical organizational levels, including fire response drills, personal protective equipment and emergency and evacuation plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or other technically oriented academic studies or other academic studies related to HSE.
5 to 10+ years HSE experience.
5+ years in Manufacturing - particularly continuous process, rolled goods such as paper or textiles.
