Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in specialty applying for. American Heart Association BLS Certification is required. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, etc. may also be required for some units (Career Placement Specialist will specify).

JOB DESCRIPTION Nurses provide care and pain relief to patients who are in their final stages of life. These nurses supply the highest quality of life to the patient by effectively managing pain and other symptoms fused with compassionate listening and counseling skills. They work in collaboration with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and others in order to anticipate and meet the needs of the patient and his or her family, and to ensure the delivery of culturally sensitive care.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of current home health or hospice experience, with no private duty, and uphold the mandatory BCLS certification.
