Job description

Alternate Contract Manager : Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Qualifications: Minimum

eight years of Army FM experience. Minimum five years of experience with Government contracts to include

executive-level briefings, briefing of all team deliverables, demonstrate contract cost, schedule, and performance

metrics, present monthly billing highlights, and conduct meetings with the COR concerning contract management

topics. The Contractor must understand Army FM contract tasks, deliverables, and internal performance metrics,

and measure progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the USAFMSA leadership. ACM must

have business management, contract management, and customer relations skills, as well as force management skills.

The ACM must hold a security clearance at the TOP SECRET level.
