About the Role

TheTransformation Leadwill work with senior leadership to define the future of Stitch Fix by working on high impact projects that help to articulate our most impactful opportunities and the path to realizing our growth through transformation. This person will play a key role in driving forward our centralized transformation office initiatives, including our operating cadence, tracking milestones and providing timely updates to key stakeholders. This position will work closely with cross functional partners and senior leaders across marketing, algorithms, engineering, operations, product, and finance.

This role will be based at our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Salary Range

$155,000 — $167,500 USD
