Job description

If you are a 5+yr QA Engineer with experience in both web and mobile application testing, please read on!

What You Need for this Position

- 5+yrs Quality Assurance
- Extensive experience with mobile app testing (both Android and iOS)
- Web application testing
- Backend server API testing (with tools like Postman)
- Client Communication (ability to meet with client, understand issues in the software, and coordinate support with internal engineering team)
- Test Plans
- Troubleshoot

What You Will Be Doing

- Quality assurance (reproduce issues, access initial issue diagnosis, coordination with multiple teams)
- Level one support
- You will be the primary contact between the test group and the engineering teams
- Analyze requirements, clarify design dependencies, create test plans, support documentation for technical accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and production
- Identify and solve issues before launch
