As a(n) < Finance Operations Analyst > you will:
Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst
Location: La Vergne Tennessee 37086 (Occasional work in the office for back up employee who works from the house daily.)
Duration: 3 Months (With possible extension)
Work Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Job Descriptions :
Finance Operations supports Cash Application of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Customer Master Data Setup. This role will specifically support: Application of AR and AP in the IBS ERP system, including phone calls and emails to customers and vendors AR and AP reconciliation from sub-ledger to general ledger activity Data review and clean-up of customer and payment terms, including testing new SAP ERP system.
Skills:
Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Payable required Experience with multiple ERP systems required, SAP preferred Experience with sub-ledger to ledger reconciliations required Analytical thinking and problem solving Ability to review data in detail and summarize for communication of progress and status updates to Manager and others Professional approach to customer and vendor interactions via phone and email Ability to run projects independently, with minimal guidance / periodic touch base with Manager
Education:
7 - 10 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Required Skills:
Detail Oriented, Problem Solving, Finance reconciliation, accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
