About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Directors' Choice, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, funeral homes and related businesses. Your dedication to providing a Best in Class customer experience will be crucial in maintaining our high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather information, answer questions, and provide support to customers with sensitivity and empathy.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on requests.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak fluently).
- Positive and customer-service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with new challenges daily.
