Develop and advance the Companys global IP strategy, with a focus on assessment of the IP portfolio and alignment with business needs, priorities and resources to maximize and protect value. Build, develop and lead an extraordinary team through experiential development, and drive excellence through holding team members accountable to provide legal counsel and protect the companys interest on a wide variety of IP related matters. Create, communicate, and advocate a shared vision and strategy for the team that clearly highlights linkage and contribution to the larger IP strategy and company strategy; define and cascade SMART objectives that deliver on these priorities
