Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our client acquisition efforts and drive substantial revenue growth. This commission-based role offers a highly competitive compensation structure along with a significant equity stake, inviting a foundational senior partner to join our executive team. The successful candidate will grow with the business, enjoying ownership and contributing to shaping its future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust business development strategies to secure staffing clients for direct placements.
• Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and extensive networking to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across target industries.
• Deliver compelling executive presentations, showcasing Talent Masters' value proposition and staffing solutions.
• Utilize social media and content marketing effectively to generate interest and leads.
• Manage CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Suite to streamline business development processes.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a commission-based role with high earning potential, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and motivation by performance-driven rewards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing agency sector.
• A proven track record of building relationships and achieving revenue growth.
• Experience in start-up environments or similar agile, resource-constrained settings.
• Creativity and adaptability, with a willingness to work within limited budgets to achieve business goals.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with experience in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written communication, including leveraging social media and content for business development.
• Experience with cold-calling, email outreach, and familiarity with tools like Agency Leads.
• Knowledge of CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior recruiting experience will be considered an advantageous addition.
