Welcome to an exciting opportunity at Airtron Heating & Cooling in Mt. Juliet, TN! We're actively seeking a qualified full-time HVAC Installation Tech Lead to join our dedicated team. Take the lead by starting up HVAC systems, ensuring readiness for Energy Star testing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your technical proficiency shines as you guide your team, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional service.
THE BASICS:
As our HVAC Installation Tech Lead, you'll lead a team to deliver top-notch installations, all while enjoying a competitive pay range of $20 - $28 per hour !
You will also earn great benefits such as full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with no waiting period!
Your regular schedule spans from Monday to Friday , offering a professional rhythm with occasional on-call weekends.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
An HVAC trade school certification and EPA certification are preferred but not required. One or more years in construction or a related field is also a plus!
