PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Machinist (CNC Programmer), in Greenville, SC.

Job Description:

-CNC Programmer and programming experience required.-The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with programming in MasterCam and experience with Haas machines too. Setting up/programming CNC machines, and performing quality checks on parts. -The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints and schematics, understand technical drawings, and have a strong understanding of the principles of machining's.
-Tasks range from setting up and operating plain or universal, horizontal, or vertical milling machines to perform machining operations such as compound angles and contours; boring compound angular holes; doing helical and spiral milling; serrating; and gear, spine, and keyway cutting to exacting tolerances. -May select, mount, and align various specialized machine attachments and standard or improvised tooling, plan sequence of operations, number of cuts required, and method of setup; determine, set, and adjust speeds, feeds, and depth of cut. Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; uses a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments; makes standard shop computations; and measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay out stock for machining. -May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures

Required:
-CNC programming experience required- master cam programmer (4-6 Years Experience)
