Job description
A nonprofit services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking a certified / licensed professional to join their staff as their new Clinical Services Manager. In this role, the Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's Behavioral Health Division, including the development and implementation of the agency's IOP/OP treatment program for those recovering from substance use disorders.
Responsibilities:
The Clinical Services Manager will:
- Design, develop, and oversee evidence-based processes to evaluate, treat, and connect clients to external services, where appropriate
- Provide appropriate levels of direct service to clients across divisions presenting with Behavioral Health concerns using interventions that best meet the client's needs and facilitate the best outcomes for the client
- Recruit, train and supervise staff and/or interns working within the Behavioral Health Division
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's IOP/OP Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Program
- Ensure sound financial management and long-term fiscal sustainability of all agency Behavioral Health Programs
- Maintain thorough records and robust data related to agency's Behavioral Health Programs and those seeking services
- Regularly and efficiently monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of services
- Utilize data and other research methods to make informed decisions and continuously improve the quality of services provided
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience providing Behavioral Health services; 2+ years of experience in a Supervisory role
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field
- Current and valid clinical license (ie LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations related to SUD treatment and IOP/OP programs
- Project / Start-Up Management experience
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications kills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
