Job description
ADP is hiring an Executive Relationship Manager for the CS Partner Advantage Program. The Executive Relationship Manager develops and enhances strategic business partnerships by acting as the face of ADP and building trust with our Broker contacts who refer clients to Comprehensive Services through the Partner Advantage Program. Acts as the single point of contact for a book of Broker relationships to maximize the ADP partnership, aligning program deliverables to firm objectives. Possesses a complete understanding of the Broker’s business and strategic objectives and requirements to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value through the Partner Advantage Program. Identifies new HCM opportunities and coordinates as necessary with Sales and Client Success. Acts as liaison between the Broker and ADP, serving as an internal Broker/Client advocate.
**This role is remote in any ADP US location**
Includes approximately 10 – 20% travel to Broker locations inside the US

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possesses industry knowledge that facilitates a complete understanding of our Broker’s business objectives, strategic direction and requirements to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value through the life cycle of the Client as it relates to the Partner Advantage Program. Is the Broker’s primary contact, acting as a liaison between the Broker and ADP, and serving as an internal Broker/Client advocate. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the entire ADP and Comprehensive Services product suite and coordinates communication among the various business partners
- Proactively ensures Broker satisfaction through regular conference calls and periodic Broker visits. Solicits Broker feedback on product/service initiatives and regularly provides partnership health checks
- Consults with the Broker on growth goals and works closely during execution to develop proper strategy and resource alignment
- Arranges for system optimization overviews with Broker clients to ensure clients are leveraging Comprehensive Services solutions to their fullest
- Provides executive oversight on implementation projects, ensuring proper communication for the Broker and appropriate ADP associates
- Coordinates Broker projects, resolution of critical service issues, and follow-up to quality survey feedback. Determines the components of projects and prepares comprehensive project plan and scope of all required activities across product and service platforms to the Broker/Client and appropriate internal ADP partners.
- Identifies new service and/or product opportunities and coordinates as necessary with Sales
- Performs strategic account review with the Broker to reinforce the ADP value proposition by maintaining comprehensive and timely records on service activities. Adheres to standard ADP tools and processes (i.e., tracking calls in CRM System, case management, etc.). Produces detailed trip reports and distributes to all appropriate parties
- Partners with internal ADP partners as required, to enable seamless delivery of ADP Services and strategic planning
- Leans in to ambiguity during the new launch phases of the Partner Advantage Program in Comprehensive Services, performing other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 7+ Years of Directly Related Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Complete understanding of Comprehensive Services
- Experience with WFN technology
- Experience with Brokers
- Relationship management background a plus
- CPP, PHR, SHPR or CEBS certifications preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing larger more complex client account relationships with multiple products
- Extensive experience building relationships and understanding a client’s needs is essential.
- Prior experience managing service recovery
- Expert knowledge of ADP’s infrastructure and ADP’s traditional and new product/services in business processing and outsourcing required

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $70,100.00 – $142,200.00 / Year
