Job description

Fives, located in the iconic French Quarter at Jackson Square, is seeking experienced and passionate candidates to join our culinary team. Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

About the Job:

As an Oyster Shucker at Fives, you will be responsible for shucking oysters, preparing all raw bar items, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift in accordance with the standards of our culinary team led by Chef Paul Terrebonne. Must be well organized, clean, and focused to prepare for and execute service, and maintain a pristine working environment at your assigned station. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail is essential.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Above all, applicants need to have a passion for food and hospitality. Must be great at multitasking and team oriented, as well as possess a positive attitude toward providing hospitable service for guests and teammates.
