What You Will Be Doing

- Lead technical recruiting for manufacturing openings including job posting, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and offer letters
- Administer employee benefits and onboarding for new hires
- Be an employee relations advocate, ensuring employees have a fair and safe place to work
- Oversee HRIS system and train employees

What You Need for this Position

Must Have:
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
- Human Resources management experience
- HR administration experience: employee benefits, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations

Nice to Have:
- SHRM / PHR certification
- Manufacturing industry experience
