Job description

Ray Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester is searching for a Greeter to be our company's first point of contact. The position welcomes guests and greets people who visit the dealer, coordinates front-desk activities, distributes loaner cars, and provides shuttles when needed. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality and be able to deal with emergencies while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so schedule flexibility is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets customers in the service department during morning rush hour and obtains basic customer information
• Answer initial questions from the customer
• Be the first and last impression of the dealership!

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

* Store Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly and customer service focused!!
• Reliable
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Bilingual a plus!
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
