Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting

FRA Associate, FRA Accountant Operations Management and Execution Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided Customer satisfaction of service delivery and process specific KPIs in accordance with agreed SLAs Provide analytical support to managers in matters related to FRA activities, decision making and general projects. Assist more senior colleagues in providing analysis in order to support financial, reporting and accounting processes. Contribute to the preparation of analysis and reports with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided (i.e.: reports on profit and loss activity). Support the preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures findings for internal and external reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register and provide support on the general ledger as required. Provide assistance to Finance Projects at country or BU level. To provide analytical support to the FRA discipline for financial reporting, compliance and accuracy of data. To handle and coordinate the preparation of reports, ensuring a timely submission. Continuous Learning (Dyn. Knowledge Development) Interpersonal Savvy Being Resilient Compliant Financial and Technical Accounting

Perform account reconciliations over areas noted above

Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analyses over areas noted above

Prepare Purchase Order Analysis (GR/IR gap analysis) and meet with business to determine quarterly accruals

Previous General Ledger reporting experience including running reports and ad-hoc analysis (Great Plains, Coupa would be a plus)

Cash Balance Weekly Reporting

Ad-hoc requests as needed

Required:

At least 10 years experience with a BA in Accounting or Finance.

The skills needed are as below Prepare journal entries surrounding Fixed Assets, Leases, Prepaids, Cash, Intercompany, Allocations, Account Payable Accrual, Benefits, Clinical Trial Accruals

Location: Hybrid 3 days/week onsite in East Hanover, NJ required

Pay Rate: $65 - $89/hour

Contract: 12 months
