**Job Title: Manager, Grants and Contracts**

**Location:** Silver Spring, Maryland (Hybrid)

**Salary:** Up to $93,000 per year, plus benefits (Non-negotiable)

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Manager, Grants and Contracts. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in Silver Spring, Maryland. The successful candidate will bring comprehensive knowledge of U.S. institutional donors, particularly with a focus on USAID and the U.S. Department of State.

**Key Requirements:**

- **Comprehensive Knowledge:** Demonstrated expertise in U.S. institutional donors, with a strong focus on USAID and the U.S. Department of State.

- **Regulatory Compliance:** Full understanding and prior experience with 2 CFR 200, showcasing proficiency in regulatory compliance.

- **Government Funding Expertise:** In-depth understanding of U.S. Government funding mechanisms, structures, and regulations.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information. 

- **Pressure Handling:** Proven ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

- **Financial Reporting:** Comfort and familiarity with financial reporting processes.

**Compensation:**

- Annual Salary: Up to $93,000 (Non-negotiable)

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in grants and contracts management, emphasizing U.S. institutional donors.
- Proficiency in 2 CFR 200 and a sound understanding of U.S. Government funding mechanisms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
