Contract Corporate Paralegal

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Pay Range: $40 to $50 per hour

Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (1-2 Days Onsite), Contract (3-4 months)

LHH has partnered with the company in Scottsdale, Arizona in seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Corporate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contracts management, and compliance. This position offers an attractive hourly rate and an opportunity to work with a dynamic legal team in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Insurance Application Management:

• Organize, prepare, and file insurance applications.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance applications.

2. Contracts Management:

• Assist in the management of various vendor agreements, licensing agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other corporate contracts.

• Review and draft contract terms and provisions.

• Maintain a contracts database, ensuring all contracts are up to date and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contracts.

3. Employment Litigation (Preferred):

• Handle light employment litigation matters, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to the legal team.

• Assist with the preparation of responses to legal claims and complaints, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate contracts and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of insurance application processes and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Preferred but not required: Experience in employment litigation.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
