Job description
Muller Honda of Gurnee is a thriving family-owned car dealership that has been serving our community for over 40 years. We are currently experiencing an unprecedented period of extreme growth and sales, and as a result, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.
Position: Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and address any questions or concerns
- Present pricing and financing options to meet customer budgets and goals
- Collaborate with the management and finance team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, models, and industry knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and follow-up abilities
- Understanding of different financing and leasing options and the ability to explain them to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
