Full time or Part time
4-day work week

We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our practice in Reno, NV. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a Physical therapist looking for either part time or full-time work. Duties:
Perform initial exams|consultations and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging|documents|reports)
Evaluate patients and collaborate with medical personnel and other team members to create the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes possible.
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, take-home stretches and exercises, and the benefits of continued care
Effectively and continuously educate pts about the need for and progress through their care plans
Supervise and advise patients on exercises, and rehab
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the integrated team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- Engage in effective communication with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a remarkable patient experience
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Participate in team meetings and trainings

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapy license in NV
Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients
Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their goals
Understand, align, and communicate our mission, vision, and values
Schedule:
Full time or Part time
Monday - Thursday

Salary (range):
$110,000-$130,000 based on experience
