As a Director Business Analytics, you will play a key role as part of our US management team. Strong communication and analytics skills are required. Your role is to pro-actively identify key business trends & insights as it relates to POS / Shipments and lead KPI indicators for the US business. Your role is also to leverage key development tools, with Power BI being the lead tool, to drive new predictive analytics dashboards that are used by our Management, Marketing and Sales teams. You will be managing our weekly revenue / shipment projection process by working with our account teams. Finally, you will be managing brand level POS plans and partnering with marketing on these plans. A Day In The Life Identify Key Business Trends and Insights Leverage Microsoft Power BI Manage Weekly Revenue Planning Sessions with Account Teams Brand Level POS Planning Collaborative Forecasting / JBP (Joint Business Process) Manage Key relationship with Account Buying and Merchandise Planning teams Drive Process improvement and Efficiencies Team development and recognition Account Management What You’ll Bring Expert knowledge of business analysis for POS & Shipment data Advanced knowledge and/or experience in retail environment and consumer insights Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams on key initiatives and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills, including the ability to think logically and effectively assimilate meaningful information from large amounts of data ensuring critical deadlines are met Skilled in analyzing, interpreting and solving complex business problems Proven ability to be team oriented and self-directed Expert in leveraging Microsoft Power BI tool. Competent within the MS Office Suite, proficient Excel skills BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar 5-10 year’s experience in Replenishment, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Retail Planning and/or Sales Management Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple sources of data Ability to forge strong relationships both internally and externally Strong verbal, written communication skills / presentation skills Thrives in a fast-paced, high volume environment Hasbro’s world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
